Bob Faulds is a Partner and Practice Leader with Truity Partners. Truity Partners is a recruiting firm offering interim, direct-hire, and executive search services with an emphasis on accounting, finance, and human resources positions. In Bob’s role, he oversees their direct hire recruiting and interim staffing for clients in Northeast Wisconsin. Bob joined the organization in 2007 working in the Madison market prior to moving to NE WI in 2015 to start up their Appleton, WI location. Over the past 19+ years, he has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of organizations across the state of WI to help them attract and identify their most important asset, employees of the business. Bob is originally from Northeastern Wisconsin growing up in De Pere prior to attending Ripon College where he majored in Business Administration and Psychology. He spent 10+ years including two terms as President for the Green Bay West Rotary Club, is the President of the Institute of Management Accountants Green Bay Chapter, serves on the board for FEI of Eastern Wisconsin, and he and his wife Stephanie are the proud parents of three children.
