PROGRAM INFORMATION

In this interactive training session, participants will gain a practical understanding of how to build and maintain a competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned compensation program. We will explore the fundamentals of compensation planning—from establishing a clear compensation philosophy to conducting effective market benchmarking that reflects organizational goals and industry realities.

Attendees will learn how to evaluate internal and external pay data, identify appropriate benchmark roles, interpret salary surveys, and apply this information to ensure employees are compensated competitively and fairly. The session will also cover how to communicate compensation decisions with transparency and consistency to support employee engagement and retention.

To bring concepts to life, participants will work through a real‑world case study, analyzing sample data and making hands‑on compensation recommendations. By the end of the training, participants will walk away with actionable tools and frameworks they can apply directly within their organizations.
